Terms of Service 

 

    This is for my protection as an artist, and your protection as a commissioner.  

 

* All prices are listed in USD, and payment is taken through PayPal or Venmo.

 

* Payment must be 50% up front and 50% after sketches have been confirmed.

 

* Please make sure you are able to make the payment at the time of the commission. This is to ensure I am able to move through my queue and do each commission justice.

 

* Do not send payment before I accept the commission.

 

* The payment is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel the commission for whichever reason, whatever money you sent me as of that moment will not be returned.

(Example: if you'd like to cancel the commission after the sketch, the 50% upfront cost has covered my time sketching and planning. I will not ask for the other 50%, but I will also not finish the cancelled commission.)

If, however, you have paid upfront and I have not yet started the sketch, I am more than happy to give you a refund. Please make sure you are spending your money wisely.

 

* There are no more free revisions after the sketch has been approved. If you would like to make further alterations which do not regard color, there will be an additional fee. Please make sure you are confident in the sketch before moving forward.

 

* You are not allowed to use your commission to gain profit. If you would like to work for resale, please contact me for freelance rates.
